Below are the details of workshops I will be teaching in the coming months. Contact me for more information or for bookings. New workshops will be added soon.

Make a small felted shoulderbag or purse.

Tuesday 8th of May

in my studio in Mareeba

9am till approx. 4pm

Suitable for beginners and intermediate

Learn how to felt a bag in one piece by using a resist and explore different techniques to embellish your bag.

$80 (materials included)

Payments and bookings:
-Bookings are essential with a deposit of $20 at the latest 7 days before the date of the workshop. This makes it possible for me to arrange for materials and tables in time for the workshop.
-The workshop will need to be paid in full on arrival at the day of the workshop.
-Refunds: In the odd case that I need to cancel a workshop (for example due to weather conditions), I will refund all payments made, including deposits or they can be transferred to another workshop of your choice.

Payments can be made:
- cash in my stall on the Port Douglas market every Sunday morning
- visa or mastercard or bankcard in my stall on the Port Douglas market or by phone
- deposit or EFT to our bank account (contact me for details)

Texture in Nuno Felting

Suitable for beginners and intermediate

Learn to create wonderful textures by felting wool and fabric together.
This workshop will be based on techniques and exploration with different materials. You will be making a scarf with your newly learned skills.

$80 (wool included). Silk needs to be purchased separately. (between $20 to $35 materials for the scarf, which depends on the type of material you want to use and how textured you want your scarf to be. )

Feel free to bring your own fabric after consulting me for suitability.
